If you like Calamondin/Calamansi, make sure you order this set! The citrus flavor comes through nice and bright with the dark chocolate bar.

First off I need to make the blanket statement that I seriously love all the amazing and creative connections that Mashpi Chocolate produces. This bar, of course, is no exception, but they're literally all amazing. I've had the incredibly good fortune to tour the farm where they grow their cacao (and other fruits that go into the bars) and, on-site, turn it into the most velvety and intensely chocolatey chocolate I've ever tasted. And the entire completely organic operation is an incredible story of land rehabilitation and conservation in the biologically mega-diverse but imperilled northwest Ecuador rainforest zone. Do yourself and the planet a favor and try all of the bars!!!
